Mr. Gonzembach has more than 31 years of project management, construction management, and inspection experience. He has participated in the design and construction of residential and commercial buildings and worked on roadway and bridge construction and municipal and commercial construction projects. Mr. Gonzembach has also managed projects that required a special inspector for threshold buildings in accordance with Florida Statutes and projects that required a special inspector for specific items required by the Florida Building Code. His experience also includes supervising a material testing laboratory and providing field quality control and inspection services.
